Try this new, uniquely creative concept of scrapbooking with our instructor Carine.  Her approach is to focus on photographs and cut them in different geometric shapes.  You will save money by designing simple and elegant displays of your pictures without spending a lot on embellishments and focusing on the pictures rather than the decorative part of the page. Ages 12+

Jan 10, 10-12pm           Beginning Scrapbooking
This class provides an introduction to the supplies and techniques needed to create a contemporary scrapbook page. Please bring several pictures from a single event that can be used to create a scrapbook page. Other materials to complete a page will be provided, but you may bring any materials you would like to use.

Jan 10, 12-2pm             Basic Stamping - $15
This class will cover types of inks and stamps and basic techniques for inking stamps and getting good impressions. Students will make a variety of stamped samples and a finished card  Ages 12+

Jan 11, 1-3pm               Jewelry Series 1 – Wire Charm Bracelet & Earrings - $25
Create a beaded wire charm bracelet and matching earrings with jewelry designer Laura Thompson from Beadzilla.   Ages 12+

Jan 15,   5-7p                Jewelry Class - Basic Repair or Earrings  - $15
Bring in your jewelry needing repair and you can learn how to fix links, change clasps and do other basic repairs.  Alternatively, you can learn to make earrings of your choice.  Ages 11+

For those of you who have already taken Carine’s beginner class or are experienced scrappers, join us for this advanced version of French style scrapbooking.  You’ll work with more complex and/or multiple templates to make a truly unique and elegant layout.  Ages 12+

Jan 22,   5:30p-7pm       Flower Soft Card Class - $15
Be one of the first to learn how to create beautiful floral accents with this brand new product just introduced from the United Kingdom.  You will create cards with the Flower Soft product that look like dried flowers yet are sturdy enough to go through the mail or be placed in a scrapbook.
